What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Account Executive, the ideal candidate will possess strong client management skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, exceptional responsiveness, customer service and organizational skills.

The Senior Account Executive provides leadership, counsel and direction to their client associations. You’ll partner with other account executives, staff and department directors. You’ll be a valued team member on a variety of projects and events, and may assist in special initiatives such as policy development, company goals and objectives and budgets.

  • Manages a portfolio of association clients; as the primary liaison between the association client and FrontlineCo, serves as their go-to partner and local expert. You’ll be in the middle of everything, working to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Participates in client meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, in person and remote; assists the client’s Board in the development and execution of the strategic plan. Maintains official minutes of the Board and other official association meetings; signs and executes contracts and commitments as authorized by the Board or established policies.
  • Develop for the purpose of day-to-day administration specific policies, procedures, and programs to support and implement the policies established by the board. Assures everyone involved is kept fully informed on the conditions and operations of the association, and on all important factors influencing the organization.
  • Provide business management of the associations’ publications, including journals, newsletters, brochures and directories; Serves as the “team leader”, coordinating and working with other support to the association, such as the accountant, web master, graphic designer, newsletter and others.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the board, committees and members regarding association activities and projects; provides the necessary liaison and staff support to committee chairs and committees to enable them to effectively perform their function.
  • Demonstrate initiative and eagerness to learn about the industry or profession and the issues of concern to members.
  • Seek to continually upgrade skills and knowledge for the effective management of the association.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, public administration, communications, or a degree relevant to the type of association(s) you’ll be working with. Our clients expect expertise to help achieve their goals!
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with nonprofit operations or project management.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing procedures, methods or processes. A flexible and adaptable mindset is a necessity!
  • Experience with the Windows operating system and a variety of software programs (Microsoft Office Suite, including database management experience) is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including social media skills are essential.
  • Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills is needed to make continual progress on a variety of projects and initiatives.
  • Because you’ll be managing policy and procedure for our clients, the strictest attention to detail is required to produce high quality work.
  • Experience with nonprofit associations and/or a background in government public policy is a plus!
